Every month: 4 update credits, handled by the people who built the site. One credit is one change we can complete in a sitting — a menu swap, new photos, edited copy, or a new page while your plan has room for it. Bigger work just uses more credits: a page redesign might take two, and we’ll tell you before we start. Even a full site redesign fits inside your plan — it spends the whole month’s credits and runs 4–6 weeks. No extra cost at any size. Never a surprise invoice.
Yours at twelve months. Stay past a year, and if you ever leave, it leaves with you — files, content, everything, documented and intact. Leaving earlier? Buy it out for the remaining balance and it’s yours either way. We build custom for people who stay; that’s what keeps the fee this low. Loyalty by choice runs both directions.
