The short version

We collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and we delete it when we no longer need it. The rest of this page is the long version of that sentence.

What we collect

When you contact us or start a project, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, company, phone number, and the contents of your message. If you have a client login, we also store your account details and the requests, messages, and project information that make the work possible.

Our site keeps basic, anonymised analytics — pages visited and approximate region — with no cross-site tracking and no advertising identifiers.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in to the client portal and protects forms from abuse. No advertising or tracking cookies, so there's no banner to click.

How we use it

What we never do

We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train anything. Client work stays confidential unless a case study is agreed in writing.

Where it lives

Data is stored with reputable providers under standard contractual safeguards. A small number of service providers — hosting, email delivery, payment processing — handle data on our behalf, only as needed to run the service. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus twenty-four months, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us via the contact form and we'll respond within thirty days.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll note it here with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
